Location isn’t available

Turn on your device’s location services and allow location access for Shubh Muhurat in device settings. Reopen the app and give it a moment to get a recent location. If it still cannot locate you, try where your device has a clearer GPS signal or access to its network location service.

The widget asks me to refresh

Open Muhurat with location permission enabled to update the saved location. Widgets ask for a refresh when there is no saved location or it is more than seven days old. The operating system controls when widgets refresh, so a change may not appear immediately.

How do I add a widget?

Open Muhurat once and let it obtain your location. Then touch and hold your home screen, open the widget picker, and search for Shubh Muhurat. Choose a medium or large widget; the exact steps depend on your device.

A time looks different than expected

Check your device’s date, time, and time zone, then reopen Muhurat to refresh its location. If the difference remains, email the date, approximate city, and the time or period you expected. You do not need to send precise coordinates.

Privacy and saved data
